For the FSTTCS 2017 proceedings, we need the sources for the final version of your paper along with a signed author agreement form. Since the proceedings are going to be published in the LIPIcs series maintained by Dagstuhl, we ask you to submit this data directly to the Dagstuhl submission server.

Please do the following by *Monday, October 16, 2017*.

(1) In the file "paper-numbers.pdf" look up your "New number". For example, the paper with original submission number 13 on Easychair gets the "New number" 7, etc. You will need this number in your main LaTeX file (\ArticleNo{<New number>) and when submitting your data to the Dagstuhl submission server (called there FinalOrderID).

(2) Prepare the final camera-ready version of your paper formatted in accordance with the LIPIcs guidelines below and taking reviewer comments into account.

(3) Fill out the author agreement template, print it out, sign it and then scan the signed agreement as a PDF. (Please find the template for the author agreement as a PDF file on this page.)

(4) Sign into the Dagstuhl submission server following the instructions below, then enter your "metadata" (author names, affiliations, abstract, etc.) and upload:
- a zip file of your paper's source files (LaTeX etc.),
- the PDF of your paper,
- the scan of the signed author agreement.

Details on the action items (2) and (4) can be found below.

If you have any questions, please do not hesitate to contact us.

Best regards

Ramanujam and Satya Lokam

(2) Instructions for preparing the final camera-ready version of your paper
==========================================================================

* IMPORTANT! Please update your LIPIcs style to the following:
http://drops.dagstuhl.de/styles/lipics-v2016/lipics-v2016-authors.tgz
This style is a revised version where page numbers have the format "paper number : page number". For example, the 15-page paper with "New number" 33 will go from page 33:1 to page 33:15.

* For the macros we ask you to include the following in the preamble:

\EventEditors{Satya Lokam and R. Ramanujam}
\EventNoEds{2}
\EventLongTitle{37th IARCS Annual Conference on Foundations of Software Technology and Theoretical Computer Science (FSTTCS 2017)}
\EventShortTitle{FSTTCS 2017}
\EventAcronym{FSTTCS}
\EventYear{2017}
\EventDate{December 11--15, 2017}
\EventLocation{Kanpur, India}
\EventLogo{}
\SeriesVolume{93}
\ArticleNo{<article-no>} % "New number" (=<article-no>) goes here!

Please especially make sure to adhere to the following guidelines provided to us by LIPIcs.

- Use the LIPIcs sample article at
http://drops.dagstuhl.de/styles/lipics-v2016/lipics-v2016-authors/lipics-v2016-sample-article.tex
as starting point for your paper.
- Check that all metadata is available, i.e., full author names (first names!), affiliations mentioning institution+city+country, ACM classification(s), keywords and an abstracts The abstract should preferably come with no LaTeX commands (or only very simple LaTeX commands) and literature references should also be avoided, at least for the electronic meta data submitted in (4).
- Typesetting: Check that all graphics and bibtex files are available. It is mandatory that there is exactly one LaTeX-file per article (and no include-files for sections/subsection) and one BibTeX-file.

If the following rules are not taken into account by the authors, this may result in a delay of publishing the volume. The rules are:

* Use pdflatex and an up-to-date LaTeX system.
* Use further LaTeX packages only if required. Avoid usage of packages like enumitem, enumerate, cleverref, natbib, paralist, wrapfig. Keep it simple, i.e. use as few additional packages as possible.
* Add custom made macros carefully and only those which are needed in the article (i.e., do not simply add your convolute of macros collected over the years).
* Do not use a different main font. For example, the usage of the times-package is forbidden.
* Provide full author names (especially with regard to the first name) in the \author macro and in the \Copyright macro.
* Fill out the \subjclass and \keywords macros. For the \subjclass, please refer to the ACM classification at http://www.acm.org/about/class/ccs98-html.
* If you refer to a longer version of the paper ("full version"), please make sure to provide a persistent URL, e.g., at arXiv. Preferably mention this full version in a footnote attached to the title.
* Take care of suitable linebreaks and pagebreaks. No severe overfull \hboxes should occur in the warnings log. Check that everything that should be visible is visible in the PDF and that there are no obvious violations of line- and pagebreaks.
* Provide suitable graphics of at least 300dpi (preferably in pdf format).
* Use the provided sectioning macros: \section, \subsection, \subsection*, \paragraph, \subparagraph*, ... "Self-made" sectioning commands (for example, \noindent{\bf My subparagraph.} will be removed and replaced by standard LIPIcs style sectioning commands.
* Do not alter the spacing of the lipics-v2016.cls style file. Such modifications will be removed.
* Do not use conditional structures to include/exclude sections or paragraphs. Instead, please provide only the content that should be published -- in one file -- and nothing else.
* Remove all comments, especially avoid commenting large text blocks and using \iffalse ... \fi constructions.
* Keep the standard style (plainurl) for the bibliography as provided by the sample article. (natbib will be disabled.)
* Use BibTex and provide exactly one BibTex file for your article. The BibTex file should contain only entries that are referenced in the article, preferably with a DOI. Please make sure that there are no errors and warnings with the referenced BibTex entries.
* Use a spellchecker to get rid of typos.
* A manual for the LIPIcs style is available at
http://drops.dagstuhl.de/styles/lipics/lipics-authors-v2016/lipics-manual-v2016.pdf

(4) Instructions for uploading of the meta data, sources and author agreement
============================================================================

To upload the meta data, the archive of your sources and the signed author agreement, please use the Dagstuhl submission system:

http://drops.dagstuhl.de/extern/lipics/vol93-fsttcs2017/openconf.php

(htaccess barrier: User: v93c | Password: v93)

For uploading of the articles of the proceedings, please use 'Submit a Paper':
* Please added your "New number" in the field "FinalOrderID".
* Please submit complete first and last names of the authors. In case of special characters (e.g. diacritics), please use DBLP (http://www.dblp.org) to identify a suitable alternative.
* For the abstract, no LaTeX commands are allowed. LaTeX-style ASCII, e.g. x_i or 2^n, can be used. The abstract should not contain \cite commands, but give an appropriate "acronym" version of the bibliographic reference, e.g. [Knuth, Commun. ACM, 1974]. If you cut and paste the abstract from the LaTeX source, please remove commented lines and be aware of further macros used and references (e.g. literature). This task should be done very accurate!
* You need to provide a password. This can be chosen randomly. Please add it to your records in case of future modifications.

You will receive an internal ID for your paper after the submission. Please remember this ID, as you need this ID along with the entered password to modify the meta data or re-upload the PDF, the archive of sources or the author agreement.
